HGMS are looking for a Customer Service Assistant Scheduler to work within their busy transport team in Hedge End. You will need to have a good sense of humour with an excellent attitude to work, be a team player and have and display excellent customer service skills. With the willingness & confidence to get stuck in.
As a Customer Service Assistant Scheduler your work will involve working directly with the HGMS scheduling team using databases and although all training will be provided you will need to be computer literate, be able to pick things up quickly and multi task.
This is a Temporary position for approx. 3 months with the possibility of extending
GBP10.00-GBP12.00ph depending on experience plus uncapped monthly bonus which should generate 20% of the monthly salary
Monday to Friday on a shift pattern of 07.00am - 3.30pm / 09.00am - 5.30pm or somewhere in-between on a rotating basis, with an hour for lunch.
A brief overview of the roles and responsibilities are listed below:
Handing incoming calls from our internal customers
Outbound calls to Branches, Suppliers & drivers
Responding to team emails
To complete all compliance processes in relation to driving licences
Use of Microsoft Outlook & Excel
No Selling or upselling.
We have onsite parking, a staff kitchen & rest area in a COVID secure office.
