Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Facilities Co-ordinator / Receptionist to be based at our Head Office in Gloucester.

The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Property Development & Facilities Department with property maintenance for all facilities within the South West of England and South Wales. They will work closely with the PDF Manager, PDF Supervisors, Branch Maintenance Technicians, outsourced vendors and the branches to coordinate the fulfilment of branch maintenance requests. The successful candidate will be based on, and responsible for, reception and as such will need to demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service, have enhanced communication skills and be professional and welcoming in their manner. The responsibilities in this role are broad and this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented.

Hours of work in this position are 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm.

Salary GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 dependent on experinace.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesFacilities Coordinator:
  • Act as a point of contact for all maintenance, repair, or equipment issues
  • Coordinate Facility Work Order Requests for branch maintenance, including scheduling and dispatching vendors or BMTs
  • Assist with new branch set ups and relocations
  • Ensure all licenses and permissions are current
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Assist with the documentation of real estate work processes
  • Occasionally order furniture, phones, computers and other procurement items
  • Perform facilities assessments and maintain a tracking system to determine needed repairs and maintenance to help prioritize locations needing attention
  • Maintain vendor lists and other files
  • Research and identify cost savings opportunities
  • Maintain asset registers and Launchpad usage
  • Help to implement sustainability initiatives
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks with direction, i.e. lifting IT equipment/signage
  • Working outside in all types of weather and in a typical office environment

Reception:

  • Ordering marketing and business/office supplies
  • Greeting guests and visitors
  • Maintain conference room calendars
  • Creating and distributing correspondence
  • Administrative duties including copying, filing, printing and organising reports
  • Answering incoming calls with focus on delivering high-level customer service
QualificationsQualifications
