We have a vacancy for Customer Resolutions Administrators to join our client on an on-going basis.
Working in the office at the depot in NG16 and part remote working you will be investigating and getting to the route of customer queries and complaints. On a daily basis you will be:
- Managing various customer queries generated via the client website.
- Responding to queries in line with service level agreements and prioritising workload.
- Thoroughly investigating complaints to reach a resolution
- Accurately logging data onto Excel workbooks
Ideally you will:
- Have existing experience of customer case management
- Have existing CRM experience or be adaptable to new software and systems
- Be confident with Microsoft Excel
In return our client offers:
- Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
- Free on site parking
- An hourly rate of 8.91p/h
