Production Planner/Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a full time Production Planner/Customer Service Advisor to join a leading fabrication manufacturing company in Sittingbourne.

The role will suit someone who has a positive and proactive approach to a busy and fast paced role with some industry experience to draw upon.

Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills and confident decision making will be needed to be successful in the role. Being part of a wider team and managing a busy workload under pressure will not phase you.

You will process orders, input data in planning systems and maintain daily workflow. Alongside this you will liaise with production colleagues and customers to resolve queries and provide progress updates, facilitating the smooth and efficient throughput for the company's two production processes.

To succeed in this role you must have strong customer service skills, understand MRP processes and sales ordering software. Experience of Microsoft Office is a must, especially Excel.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
