What you'll be doing

This role will be instrumental in delivering business improvement through the use of current and new technology. Working across the whole business this role will work with key stakeholders to identify process improvements, identify solutions, and implement. The overarching aim of this role is to provide dedicated resource to the business in to order improve business efficiency by tackling projects that would otherwise go unsourced or not progressed due to lack of knowledge or resource.

The successful candidate will have experience of business systems improvement and development, both in analysing requirements and the delivery of solutions. will have experience of the full project lifecycle.

Existing Projects to focus on:

  • Migration of remaining SharePoint items from on prem to cloud
  • Support the wider business in ensuring their information is hosted on SharePoint and kept up to date
  • Provide additional resource to Vantagepoint changes and future developments
  • Support the future usage of Fresh Service
  • Remap and provide better technical solutions for the start/leaver/COT process
  • Assist IT in business analysis activities
  • Support deployment of already planned technology (ZOOM, room booking changes etc)
  • Assist teams in their use of other technologies (IHCM, Logic Melon etc)

What you'll bring

  • A strong aptitude to work with new technologies, with an ability to understand them in short periods of time
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in leading departmental business change
  • Experience of leading stakeholders through simple business/process analysis workshops to understand issues and identify improvements
  • Ability to produce written documentation to document existing and new processes
  • Be a self-starter happy working on a range of disparate projects
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft stack of tools including SharePoint, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Forms
