Customer Service Advisor

Focus Group are supporting our subsidiary company - SWcomms recruit and grow.

The team at SWcomms are industry experts based in Exeter, who's role is to increase revenue within the technology sector, manage existing accounts to retain revenue and provide a first-class service to all customers.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor

This role is to deliver exceptional customer service support to SWcomms customers.

Main duties include:

• Manage incoming telephone calls and email correspondence from customers
• Identify, investigate and resolve a query, complaint or general enquiry from customers
• Complete paperwork relating to change of ownership requests
• Meet set targets & expectations for ensuring the best possible customer experience
• Record and track interactions with customers on the Focus Group CRM system
• Follow industry & company guidelines in relation to a customers' contract with Focus Group
• Keep up to date with industry regulatory changes
• Keep up to date with any changes Focus Group make to terms and conditions
• Actively call existing customers to ascertain their experience with SWcomms
• Provide reception cover on a rota to cover lunchtimes, absence and ad hoc meetings

It would be perfect if you already have some customer service experience but if not, we are happy to fully train you in this role. For this role you will need to be a resilient character, with good communication skills both written (emails) and over the phone. This is a great team so being friendly and helpful is essential.
