Working 8.30 - 5pm, Monday to Friday with the very occasional Saturday at peak season. You will have a driving licence, as the role will involve lots of site visits. Benefits package includes - GBP1500 performance bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, GBP150 per quarter clothing allowance, plus a branded designer jacket.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of clients' portfolios
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service to tenants
- Managing ongoing relationships with landlords
- Overseeing the maintenance, compliance, lettings/advertising, and problem solving
- Instructing contractors and monitoring the progress of jobs to completion
ABOUT YOU
- Previous Property Management experience, ideally student lettings
- Facilities Management experience
- IT savvy - the usual MS Office packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone is looking to work in a busy, fun, and fast paced office
- Driving licence is essential
