A new opportunity has arisen to join our client in Solihull as a Resource Planner.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients whilst supporting the internal team.
You will play an essential role for the company as part of the resource planning team.
You will be scheduling and planning the activities of our Mobile Health Units as they visit our various client sites across the country and deliver our occupational health service.
You will be responsible for arranging visits, scheduling resource as well as arranging accommodation and travel for our team of Technicians as they undertake site visits.
This role will be a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work from home as well as the office in Shirley, Solihull.
The Duties:
•Working within the resource team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale, ensuring site visits and schedules are planned to optimal utilisation
•Allocating people and equipment to client sites on our scheduling portal
• Supporting customers via phone / email with planning site visits and prepare visit schedules for our customers to complete
• Liaising with customers and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules, and escalating if not completed correctly •Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions
The Candidate:
•Excellent customer service skills (verbally / non-verbally)
•Experience in a similar Planning / Scheduling / Diary Management / Customer Service role
• Strong IT skills (Ms Office / database experience)
•Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to use own initiative, taking a proactive approach to work
•Able to work well as part of a team
