NEW BUSINESS FIELD SALES AGENT - UTILITIES, B2B

We are looking for enthusiastic and resiliant individuals with a hunter and lead generation instinct.

Field sales experience is not essential but desirable - however we are seeking at least 6 months relevant background within lead generation in any sector including telesales.

You want to build a long term sales career then you have come to the right place!

Salary GBP25,000 + GBP200 per month a car allowance + UNCAPPED Commission (OTE GBP50k++)

Position:

We are currently searching for New Business Field Sales Agents who will work in their regions and have the necessary skills to grow our existing customer base.

You will visit and talk to businesses that can be assisted in making savings on their gas and electric bills.

We are looking for people with the ability to build relationships and who have excellent self-management skills - you will be owning your region and strategically planning your day and week to set yourself up for success.

You will be based out in the field talking to potential customers and selling our first-class products and services.

You will receive:

Person Specification:

Enthusiastic character with a strong drive to achieve

Self-motivated and target/results driven

Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with business owners

Excellent self-management skills

Patient and persistent approach to field sales - not all wins come from the first visit

Customer-centric - putting the customer before the sale

Experience in a face-to-face sales role

Good IT skills

Drivers license and access to a vehicle

Knowledge of the energy sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided to the right individual
