My client, a leading financial services company based in Preston are looking for an experienced administrator to join their very busy marketing department on a temporary basis
This role is to support the team with all administrative tasks
Typical duties will be;
Raising PO sUpdating budgeting spreadsheetsCompleting pro -forma s for compliance formsFiling forms in foldersGeneral admin tasksManaging a shared inboxOrdering stock for events
This could be a great start for someone who is keen to get their feet into the marketing sector and is looking to develop into a marketing professional. This is a temporary position however my client is open to developing the right person for a permanent role
Hours and Pay
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
GBP10.50ph
Office based role, based at Fulwood, Preston
