Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be assisting a centralised HR department, within a global organisation, in recruiting an HR Systems Analyst to join their growing team.
For this HR Systems Analyst role the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the implementation of changes to our HR systems including configuration, user acceptance testing, training and development.
HR systems Analyst main responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to day lifecycle support of the company s HRIS and assisting periodic updates and new projects.
Delivering a great customer experience for colleagues, resolving tickets, and responding to customer feedback.
Working with the HR teams to ensure data quality within the HR systems.
Recommend, support and assist in the continuous improvement and change manage of HR systems.
Investigate opportunities to further automate processes to improve productivity.
Providing support to the HR Business Analyst in the production of insightful and meaningful People analytics
Skills, experience, and qualifications needed for this HR Systems Analyst role:
At least 2 years experience working in a HR system focussed role.
Knowledge of release management, testing and resolving defects within HR systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
Possess a good level of HR processes.
Have a strong level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
