My client is one of the largest suppliers of rolling stock as well as infrastructure solutions for rail, in the world! They are currently in search for a Production Planner for the UK and EU. The role is based in Stoke but have the option to work from other sites in the UK. It is a hybrid role however you need to be flexible and make it to the office if needed. They want someone who is forward thinking and has the ability to provide schedules for all production and maintenance
Key Skills, experience + Tasks will include
Suitable / Relevant experience in a similar role
Proof of working in an environment where you can created plans / schedules for Production and maintenance
Excellent communication and assertion of decisions
A logical, analytical and objective approach to problem solving and fault diagnosis
Self-motivated individual who completes tasks in detail
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
KPI motivated
Desirable but not needed if you have experience in a role similar to this -
BTEC National Certificate HNC in Business Management
Supervisory / Management
Lean/5S qualification in both theory and application
CPIM / APICS Certificate
