Job Opportunity - Customer Engineer
Your new role
Customer Engineer, Chester, GBP10.56-GBP13.16 per hour, 11-month contract (possible extension) Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm on a shift rota (early and late shift, times may vary)
You will be performing the following tasks for end users:
IMAC Break/fix Moves
Refresh Water & Feed service for Printers - toner replacements, drum replacements, paper jams, waster toner replacement.
Assisting with hardware which consists of HP Thin Clients, Desktops, CISCO phones, Monitors, Jabra headsets, webcams, etc,
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Windows 10/7 & MS Office applications.
Customer service focused and possesses Laptop & Desktops Data Transfer knowledge.
