Excellent role on offer for a site based Contracts Manager looking to work for an innovative, Modern Methods of Construction Roofing company, overseeing contracts across many sites.

This company are a Contractor who deliver a wide array of works, including industrial, commercial, and residential roofing projects of varying scale ranging from refurbishments to new builds. They are in a period of growth since the pandemic and have an impressive order book and are therefore looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their growing team.
In this site based and remote role you will be undertaking tasks including managing various sites to ensure projects are delivered to the highest levels of quality and safety, ensure time restraints and costs are adhered too, liaising with clients to secure repeat business and attend site meetings. Some travel to sites across the country will be a requirement of the position.
This role would therefore ideally suit a candidate with experience as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager from a trade background looking to progress their career, and ideally with off-site or joinery construction experience.

Review contracts and tender bids
Manage and communicate with site managers

The Person:
Experience as a Contracts manager or Site manager looking to progress
Off-site construction experience desirable
