SEND TA
Are you a qualified HLTA or TA living within Grantham? A school in the area are looking for a TA to support a child with SEN needs. This role would involve some 1-1 support, intervention and following a learning plan.

GBP250 refer a teacher scheme, refer a fellow teacher and receive this bonus when they go out to work for us.

Key skills must include:
Ability to show initiative
Competent with the national curriculum and delivering to small groups.
Confidence delivering lessons when needed to cover the teacher.
Ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
Adhere to school policies.
Follow safeguarding procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
