Calling all Hybrid Administrators ..
An immediate start is available for this full time permanent Administrator role. In this role as Administrator you will be working 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a current hybrid working environment, based at home 2/3 days per week. This is a great opportunity to join a local business who offer continued training and development .
Responsibilities
In this varied position you will be tasked with various duties that will include:-
Updating of spreadsheets
Data input
Responding to emails
Dealing with queries
Arrange appointment
Process and request inspection times
Prepare and upload data onto sales platforms
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Skills Required
You will have the following skills to be considered for this position:-
Confident telephone manner, you will be required to make outbound calls
You will have a great eye for detail
You will be a great team player and capable of working alone as required.
General IT literacy is required
