We are looking for Spanish speaking customer Service advisors
About the Company
The Company is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise, of recognised English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and SPL football clubs, along with representation across all major US Sports Leagues, Golf, Rugby, F1 and Tennis,
Operating from the base in the UK s sporting stronghold of Manchester, the international business provides online, retail and end-to-end event solutions for nearly 30 partners across various sports.
With deliveries to over 180 countries, running stores in over 12 languages and supports multi-lingual call centres incorporating 11 languages. We have some exciting opportunities below.
The Role
We are recruiting for bright enthusiastic hard-working Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisors for a fixed term assignment in a friendly and energetic team. This could evolve into a permanent contract for the right candidates.
The ideal recruit will have a passion for delivering a fantastic customer service experience via telephone, email and live chat.
Location: Chadderton
Pay Per Hour: GBP11.00 ph
Overtime Rate: After 37.5 hours
Contract: July 2022-Jan 2023
Working hours: 37.5 per week
Shifts Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday 12:00-20:00 (Saturday 09:15-17:15)
This will be in effect from week 3 as the training group (2 weeks) will be Mon-Fri 9-5.
Duties
Answering inbound calls from customers regarding orders
Dealing with calls in Spanish & English
Communicating with customers via email and Live Chat to help solve queries regarding orders
Speaking to customers via Live chat
Skills/experience
Good customer service skills
Live Chat expereince
Fluent in Spanish & English ESSENTIAL
Be able to find your way around the computer sending emails data input etc
Experience in a previous customer service role would be an advantage
Experience using a live chat system would be an advantage
Good Telephone manner required
An interest in sports/football would be desirable
Above all a good attitude & a friendly manner is a must!
