The RoleOwen Daniels Consultancy consists of a Client Function, Account Management Department and Candidate Team. You will receive up to 8-weeks in-house training depending on your experience level. You'll experience what it's like to work in the Candidate Team supporting the Account Managers to deliver quality candidates to existing core clients. It will also offer the candidate the opportunity to develop into an account manager or move into a 360-recruitment role which will broaden their business development and sales skills.As a resourcer , your role and responsibilities will include the following:Responsibilities
- Resourcing the perfect candidates for our clients' needs
- Relationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates
- Advertising job vacancies
- Managing candidates through their interview process(es)
- Handling job offers
- Most importantly, closing deals!
- Account management
- Generating your own leads & new business (if wanted)
- Negotiating fees/signing terms
- Personable, confident and an outgoing character
- Natural drive and determination to succeed
- Target and money motivated
- Hardworking and efficient
- Ability to 'think outside the box'
- Ideally a full driving licence
