Our client, a well-established business in the Technology sector is seeking an Account Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Manager where you have been required to manage a number of key accounts to the business, providing a high level of customer service whilst upselling new services and products, increasing revenue and overall profit.

Due to the location of the office you will be required to have access to your own vehicle and driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for a number of key client accounts providing strategic plans for their needs moving forward

- Meet with clients to actively promote new services and products that might be of interest

- Strive to achieve set targets set by the Sales Director

- Keep up to date with the suite of products on offer, introducing to clients where necessary and servicing their requirements

- Provide a high level of customer service to your clients, ensuring you are keeping in regular contact both in person and over the phone

- Increase revenue and client spend, selling and upselling products to match their needs in line with the business requirements

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar account management role in any industry

- Experience learning products and understanding a new industry, working closely with other team members in order to enhance knowledge

- Ability to manage a number of key clients, managing their accounts and maintaining regular contact

- Experience upselling and promoting new services and products, increasing revenue and overall spend of the client

- Happy to work in a target-driven environment

- Ability to recognize solutions in line with client needs, selling and upselling additional products to match the requirement
