Part Time Accounts Assistant

PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT REQUIRED IN BS32 POSTCODE Your new companyCompany based in Bradley Stoke require a Part Time Accounts AssistantYour new roleThe primary role is to assist with sales ledger and purchase ledger functions including reconciling and reporting. In addition the role is to provide an accounting and administrative resource including the timely and accurate reconciliations of company credit card purchases / expenses, foreign currency transactions and petty cash. DUTIES

• Assist with Purchase Ledger activities -such as but not limited to matching invoices to delivery notes and PO values including posting to Sage.

• Preparation of client sales invoices including posting to Sage.

• Provide timely and accurate accounting reconciliations of credit card purchases / expenses, foreign currency transactions and petty cash.

• Assist with Sales Ledger activities -such but not limited to credit control communications, remittances and debtors reporting including posting to Sage.

• Assist with daily / weekly and monthly reports as required.

• Duties relating to the company's general building maintenance , motor fleet and travel bookings;

• Cover for department colleagues' work in times of absence.

• Support the sales team with any information as required and directed by the Financial Controller.

• Maintain on a daily basis an up-to-date record of all activities and contact with clients and prospects through the Company's CRM database.

What you'll need to succeed

• Good experience in transactional finance
• Ability to work in the office as this is 100% office based over 3 days
