Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor- Workload and Planning to join their expanding team on a part-time permanent basis.
Hours: Mon - Sun (working 21.5 standard per week) Hours of work will between 7.30am - 7pm (Monday to Friday), 8am - 3pm (Saturdays) and 8am -12pm (Sundays).
You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 5 Sundays, and rotas are advised 5 weeks advance.
Please note this role will be based on site.
Salary: GBP20,508 pro rota
Duties will include:
Provide interface support between Field and Office ensuring all queries and customer interactions are managed efficiently and effectively, in line with the client's Service Processes.
Liaising with field service engineers, sub-contractors, and field management to ensure scheduled compliance.
Utilising an Automated Scheduling platform to balance engineer workload against resource capacity.
Overseeing and optimising planned workload to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.
Promote maximum diary capabilities by applying a pro- active approach to Diary management.
Ordering parts to complete a repair following a Spare's ordering process.About You:
Understanding of an Automatic Scheduling Platform
Must be computer literate with the ability and skill of understanding and analysing reports.
Demonstrate the ability of using Web based programmes and Excel.
Highly approachable with good interpersonal/soft skills.
Time manage and prioritise workload, in a timely and effective manner.
Good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Good organisational skills and motivational to work alone as part of a team.
The confidence to challenge the status quo.
