We have a passion for people and are looking to appoint an Account Manager for our prestigious client based in Hull. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the management of our on-site operation, ensuring a pro-active approach to our client needs. This position would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career, with an organisation ranked 17th in Recruiters FAST50.

The role:

Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership.
Maintain structured communication and service review plans with clients in conjunction with senior management to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Work with CRM to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
Working with CRM to identify business development opportunities within both existing client base and prospect clients, agreeing on a plan for development through to conversion.
Deliver a candidate focused culture, ensure right fit , maintain good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
Create and maintain a Pool of candidates appropriate to the client s needs
Accountable for adhering to delivery processes meeting and complying with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation
The successful candidate will have:

Previous recruitment experience/account management experience.
Operational delivery and client management experience.
Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
Good IT skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise.
Excel within a fast-paced environment.
