Corporate Events and Hospitality Manager
Our client has a vacancy for a Corporate Events and Hospitality Manager based on their blue-chip client site. The role will include leading and managing event staff, suppliers and contractors in a corporate hospitality environment. The role will also involve managing the event spaces themselves.
Responsibilities will include:
• Ensure delivery against the client agreement.
• Identify and present opportunities for growth, continuous improvement, and manage contractual obligations such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with budget forecasts.
• Prepare revenue forecasts based on current client commitments and develop/present client monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Actively communicate and coordinate with the client in regard to operational needs.
• Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned account progress for all project areas.
• Manage, motivate and develop internal teams and direct reports to promote inclusive and cohesive team environment across different departments with the company.
Some travel may be required.
Requirements
Relevant experience in managing internal and external corporate events
Relevant Degree level qualification in Hotel, Hospitality or Facilities Management
Strong Customer relations skills and strong people management skills.
Salary negotiable with experience
