Facilities Manager
GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 + benefits package
Irvine
This is an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager with a background in Hard Services / Building services maintenance to join one of the UK s leading Facilities Management service providers working on one of their prestigious national contracts, heading up a key site in Irvine.
As the lead on site, you will manage and oversee the delivery of various FM services across this large site including M&E maintenance (planned & reactive), cleaning and grounds maintenance.
You will be based at the customers site - a large manufacturing site in Irvine and be responsible for leading both the Management and wider site teams. You will also be responsible for managing maintenance and service budgets and overseeing any small works.
The Facilities Manager will need to work closely with the onsite and build a strong working relationship. You will also need a background and experience in the delivery of hard FM/engineering maintenance services and a good understanding of traditional building service plant and equipment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come in as the site lead and help grow and expand this contract. You will be working for one of the UK s largest FM service provides that offers excellent career progression and training opportunities for ambitious individuals.
You will need to be based in or commutable to Irvine as this role will be site based 5 days per week.
IOSH/NEBOSH desirable, management experience essential, commercial and finance experience essential.
