Payroll Supervisor

Our client is a high growth and very fast paced business and they are looking to recruit a payroll supervisor to join the team to help with the increased workload. This role needs someone who has excellent end to end payroll experience and who can oversee a small team of payroll assistants ensuring the processing is completed in an accurate and timely way. This is a demanding role ensuring accurate and timely delivery of a number of monthly payrolls for up to 15000 employees in the UK&I. You'll be responsible for maintaining processes & procedures and introducing improvements where necessary, assisting with the Pension Scheme administration including the Auto-enrolment requirements and ensuring contributions are calculated correctly and paid over to the pension provider on time. You'll make sure the high volume of Payroll & HMRC reconciliations are maintained and you'll support with creating new payrolls for acquired businesses and ensuring that HMRC are updated with all changes. This is a payroll position that will keep you challenged and constantly problem solving in order to make the processes as slick and efficient as possible.
