What's involved?A successful Chef de Partie will work alongside Cameron, an incredibly talented Head Chef, preparing meals. You'll be expected to manage your own section, mentor junior members of the kitchen team and maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
You will be working a 45-hour week, comprising of 5 x 9 hour or split shifts. An ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and energy to the team, as well as a keenness to embrace new ideas.
