Telesales Executive

GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

Permanent opportunity in Caersws

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break

The Role:

Telesales Executive required to provide follow up on all outstanding leads in the company sales pipeline and look for any new potential opportunities within these contacts.

It is not a cold call tele-marketing role. You will be joining an experienced team, and build on an already successful career, with a view to growing and promoting the company's full product range and sales.

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:

• Working with the MD, design, estimating and internal team to create and develop quoted opportunities for sales.
• Sales liaison with clients and prospective new enquiries, using daily communications to follow up opportunities of ongoing projects within the construction industry and tracking and managing quote and opportunity pipelines.
• To identify, develop and bring to point of negotiation to close of new and existing business opportunities that will contribute to the company's growth objectives of sales opportunities that are complex sales, driven over a long period of lead in times, to projects in the construction industry pipeline which can span a phased approach of several years.
• Discussing projects with clients and understanding their needs and plans both before and after the internal team is quoting.
• Raise quote templates, process order details and use several specialist software systems.
• Manage and report on monthly sales KPI's and sales order targets.

Candidate requirements:

• The ability to establish good rapport and connections business to business.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate
