Job Title: Research Associate
Location: Jealotts Hill, Berkshire, Bracknell
Contract: 6 months
Pay Rate: GBP22K
SRG is working with a global-leading agrochemical R&D company who are currently seeking an research associate to maintain plants, glasshouse management and logistics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in horticulture and being a key player in sourcing and maintaining materials using established and novel production techniques for the invention and development for pesticide products.
We are looking for a collaborative, detail orientated and organised individual who has:
Education & Experience:
B.Sc. degree or A levels plus one to two years' experience in Horticulture preferred
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Some knowledge of agriculture and horticultural techniques.
Use of Microsoft office programs and the ability to learn bespoke Inventory systems
Good analytical, organisational and people skills.
Be detailed oriented and a good communicator
Agility in learning new tasks, self-starter and team playerGood self-motivating, self-managing and time management skill sets
