Join our team and help us continue to make this an exceptional place to work!We are seeking a highly motivated, diligent Security Analyst to join the Cirrus Logic Information Security team. You will work in a dynamic environment and quickly become a valued part of a team ensuring the security and availability of our corporate IT systems. You will be responsible for security monitoring, policy compliance, vulnerability and risk assessments, security incident response, security training and awareness, and security consulting for system owners and end users of information resources.ResponsibilitiesContribute to and assist in the development of the Information Security Program with a focus on incident management.Identify vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, evaluate, and recommend commensurate controls for Cirrus Logic systems.Detect, respond, mitigate, and report on cyber threats and incidents.Coordinate investigation and mitigation activities with internal IT groups.Monitor and report on general compliance to Cirrus policies and Industry Cybersecurity Frameworks.Collaborate and serve as a liaison between security team and internal/external collaborators for various IT initiatives.Provide consulting and operational support on projects across various security domain programs.Participate in end user security awareness, policy management and governance programs.Assist in the development and sharing of knowledge within the security team.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT, or related technical field.Demonstrable experience working in an Information Security role.Experience in responding to security alerts and in remediating security incidents.Ability to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a proven attention to detail.Strong written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to translate technical knowledge to diverse audiences.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Experience or knowledge of Defence in Depth concepts, including, Identity & Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure, Cloud Security and Network Security.Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Risk Frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO27000 series etc.Experience performing security reviews, compliance assessments, and TPRM assessments.Experience with security awareness campaigns.Familiar with data privacy principles, including GDPROne or more information security certifications such as ISC2 Associate, CISSP, GIAC, CompTIA Security+.At Cirrus Logic, we believe that diversity drives innovation and we are committed to encouraging an open and collaborative culture where different approaches, ideas and points of view are respected and valued.
