Property Manager

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential properties across the Home Counties. Due to the travelling between properties, a car driver owner is essential for this role. This role can be based in Essex or NW London depending on your location..

The ideal candidate for this role will have a lettings property management background and be looking to move into Block Property Management. The AIRPM Qualification would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.

You will be responsible for residential property inspections and looking after the general maintenance of the buildings. You will be dealing with contractors, managing budgets, overseeing Section 20 Major works and attending AGM's.

Other duties will involve reading leases and dealing with any breaches of the lease whilst using your strong administration, communication and people skills to deal with all related administration, correspondence and customer complaints.
