SOCIAL HOUSING AREA MANAGER - HOME AND BASED FIELD COVERING UK NORTH

GBP35k - GBP45k - Field Based, Work from Home

Home and field based role covering the north of the UK that will incorporate travel to sites across the North to visit staff and providers, with occasional visits to the Head Office based in Watford. You will be a proven leader with a background in Social Housing, specifically Tenancy and Asset Management services and have experience of managing a small to medium team.

Areas you will cover: Lincoln, Nottingham, Wolverhampton, Yorkshire, Liverpool, Blackpool and Preston

YOUR ROLE

• To develop and manage a team of Housing Officers
• Work with colleagues and the Senior Management team to grow and further develop the organisation's priorities
• Responsible for Operational day to day management of the service ensuring continued compliance and relevant legislation
• Develop working relationships with tenants and customers
• Control budgets
• Collaborate with local authorities
• Assist completion of Audit assisting with the implementation of new policies and processes as required

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• You will be focused on ensuring improved services for all tenants
• You will work with senior management in diversify tenants strategies.
• You will be a proven leader with excellent knowledge and understanding of Tenancy, Housing and Asset Management services
• Experience in managing a small to medium sized team.
