My client based in Ipswich are currently looking to recruit a mortgage adminisatror to their already well-established team. This role requires no previous knowledge of the industry and would suit someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is a strong administrator who can muliti task.

What's involved?

• Work with the team to support with the administration and processing of all applications and paperwork.• To provide a first-class customer service experience to all customers and ensure all service level agreements are met.• To be the first point of contact for any incoming customer queries that come to the office.• To ensure systems and records are accurate, and up to date always.• To be responsible for any account and product changes as and when required.
