We know that you're more than a family lawyer. You've ideas. You're passionate. You've career goals to reach. You want to be invested in, coached and developed. You can't be waiting for someone to resign to be promoted. You deserve better.

Do one thing well. We do family law. That's it. Nothing else. No distractions. No kidding ourselves that we can be good at everything. We don't try to capture the whole legal market, we just try to capture our bit of it. So every day over 100 lawyers come to work to help our clients the best way we know how. We hire the right teams, we give them the best technology, workflow and support. We let them work flexibly at times that suit them and let our legal support teams do the rest. We get a huge amount of satisfaction from seeing our Lawyers delight clients.

Over 50% of family Lawyers nationally considered leaving family law because of their wellbeing. We take that seriously, that's why we offer mental wellbeing days, we've trained a team of mental health first aid and wellbeing champions, we offer counselling sessions and we know that some people love the buzz of the office, some prefer the quiet of home so whatever your preference, we'll find a way that works for us all.

We're the largest family law practice in the country and we're also the fastest growing. Over the next few years we'll continue to grow and that brings with it opportunities for progression, you can read about Maria's time with us here -
