Are you an experienced and qualifed Key Stage 1 Teacher?
Are you motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for teaching, inspiring children in their first years of school life?
Academics are looking for exceptional educators to join our successful team of teachers in the Wirral area.
We are looking for reliable and passionate teachers who have excellent classroom management and are able to develop and encourage the learning of students across KS1. You will be covering short term, long term and/or day to day work.

For teachers who are seeking flexibility that suits your schedule, daily supply is the perfect solution. Even for teachers who are perhaps looking for a smooth transition back into long-term roles, or Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) who wish to be introduced to prospective Primary schools as a Supply Teacher; you will ultimately have the opportunity to get back into the classroom.
You must be confident with behaviour management, be able to lead the support staff within your classroom and create engaging and informative schemes of work.
The roles require teachers with:
Experience of teaching within Key Stage 1
Strong knowledge of the curriculum with the ability to plan and deliver lessons to a high standard
Ideally experience of Phonics
The ability to provide engaging, quality education to pupils
The ability be creative and demonstrate fun and intelligent classroom management skills
The ability to build strong relationships with the primary school staff, children and parents
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be newly qualifiedWhy choose Academics?
