The commercial division at SF Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Account Manager, to join a well-established, and forward-thinking organisation. My client is very passionate about their employee's as well as delivering an excellent service at all levels externally to their customers, so they are looking for somebody who is passionate about building effective relationships and going above and beyond at every opportunity.

As a Customer Service Administrator / Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that any enquiries from your customers regarding products or updates on their accounts are handled efficiently and effectively, with a positive solution for each case.

Additional daily responsibilities could include the below:

- Providing knowledgeable and informative information regarding existing and new products available
- Sourcing market leading quotations for customers
- Arranging for samples to be shared with new and existing customers
- Raising and processing purchase orders ensuring that products are received within agreed timeframes
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure all invoices and payments are received on time
- Managing a shared internal sales inbox for any enquiries or lead generations
- You will work closely alongside internal departments such as production, logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure there is always a smooth operational process.
- Building effective relationships with suppliers to investigate delayed deliveries, pricing and investigations on orders
- Maintain an accurately updated system with customer records and delivery status'
- Ensuring that all SLA's on each direct account are achieved and continuously looking at ways to improve your service

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Administrator / Account Manager job will ideally have previous experience with the responsibilities listed above, however, all of these are not essential. What is essential is that you have strong communication skills both verbal and written, and that you are able to empathise and build strong rapport on an individual basis with each customer. This particular role can be extremely fast paced at times, so our client needs somebody who is able to prioritise key tasks, by being flexible and adaptable. Ideally you will have experience managing multiple customer accounts both within the UK and internationally, although again, not essential.

Our client already has a well-established customer base, so there will be no cold calling involved within this position.
