Duration: 12-month Maternity Cover
Hours: 22 Monday to Thursday

Polytec are looking for an enthusiastic Order Processing Specialist for our Royston based client. This is a part-time role covering morning / lunchtime hours.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with in line with set targets
Deal with telephone and email enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Process orders ensuring they are input correctly into SAP
Ensure purchase orders are placed correctly
Run weekly tracker reports
Prepare and process credit notes and returns
Requirements:
Experience in order processing and SAP
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Capable of working independently and within a team
IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to deal with customer queries tactfully and efficiently
