We are looking for an Assistant Head Baker to work with our client, a Pastry Bakery Production firm based in London Greenwich area.
Key informations:
Helping to provide strong leadership and management to the Artisan Bakery team
Developing your team s knowledge and skills whilst helping to develop their careers
Able to work at the mixer, oven, shaping table and scaling
experienced in working with long fermentation products
Ensuring our products are made to the highest standards every day to plan
Supporting innovation and helping to manage the launch of all new products within your department
Follow and maintain Paul Rhodes Bakery processes and best practice maintaining the required high standards within the bakery
Have a genuine interest and desire to be part of a high-volume, high-quality bakery
Adhere to and ensure all staff are complying to company policy and procedures
