Job Description - Service Call Out role.
We are looking for an organised, loyal and hardworking candidate who works well as a team whilst also being able to work on their own initiative without guidance.
You should be confident in communication, bright, sociable, tech-savvy and driven.
The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Good judgement and analytical ability are essential when dealing with escalated queries and negotiating outcomes to customer inquiries and concerns.
This role requires a motivated individual who can adapt easily to managing various tasks and requirements, although full training will be given in all aspects of the duties below.
Inputting service sheets onto our in-house database
Taking ownership of emergency call outs - distributing within a route to the Call out engineer,
Inputting call out sheets onto our in-house database
Receiving calls from reception
Chasing engineers to accept call outs on PDA
Chasing customers regarding outstanding purchase orders
Booking in service visits with sites
Basic administrative tasks
Dealing with customer queries over the phone and by email
Assisting the service department where required.
Key account management details the full aspect of the client s portfolio from start to finish of their contractual terms, this entails site meetings, monthly reporting, ensuring KPI s are adhered to but fundamentally ensuring they receive the level of service provided by sheridan lifts
