This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a live event agency - a forward-thinking and highly successful group of agencies, with a global presence.
Due to rapid growth we are looking for a positive, forward-thinking candidate to work as part of the expanding team. You will need the ability to work autonomously, have good attention to detail and moving heaven and earth for clients is a belief you must live by.
You will be required to work on a diverse range of events from product launches, conferences and exhibitions globally. You will be expected to work on a project through all phases, from taking an initial client brief, design origination and development, technical drawings, print & production management, budget management, safety paperwork creation and onsite delivery.
This is a challenging and exciting position combining both technical, personal, and creative skills. This role requires applicants who can work throughout the UK with an ever increasing delivery requirement overseas.
Summary
This Production Manager role will help build presence in the diverse world of live event delivery. Whilst experience is required in a comparable field, some specific role related training will be given. The role will quickly evolve into a full-service role for a wide variety of events, reporting into the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Liaising and working with internal resources and external suppliers
• Ability to lead client meetings - face to face/conference call
• Management of the creative process
• Site Surveys, as required
• Logistics across projects - venue liaison, transportation, power, waste disposal, H&S and lighting
• Crew requirements and management - hotels, flights, transportation, subsistence
• On-site work and the ability to work unsociable hours when required
• Build relationships with prospective clients and suppliers
• Budget reconciliation
• Serve as an expert and know your industry, keeping at the forefront of technology and new developments within retail
• Evaluate and explore new opportunities with an eye towards innovation

• Is a creative problem solver with business acumen that will help shape the future of the agency
• Is a curious individual who is willing to be adaptable, given the fast-paced and ever-changing world we're navigating
• Has experience working with brands to deliver live events of all types
• Has the ability to spot a business development opportunity and raise it internally or explore this themselves
• Has the ability to communicate effectively and work remotely
• Has the ability to multi-task and work across a high volume of workflow
• Production management experience, preferably with an agency
• Is proficient across all Microsoft Office programs and the Adobe CC suite
• A valid UK driving license
• Knowledge of Vectorworks and wysiwyg softwares would be advantageous
