History teaching job in South London - September 2022 start.Rate: GBP132 - GBP213 per day depending on experience.Your new companyHays Education are currently working on behalf of a Ofsted rated 'Good' Secondary School based in Milton Keynes - who are looking for an History Teacher to join the Department from September 2022.Receiving a "GOOD" in their last OFSTED report, this Secondary School is always looking at being innovativeand looking at ways to improve. Having a fresh view on this School as a centre of Education but also aworkplace, this is an exciting time to join. This school has a strong and consistent SLT team.Your new roleAs this is a long-term role starting ASAP through to December 2022, you will be required to plan and prepare History lessons for pupils at KS3 and KS4, complete the marking and assessment of pupils' work along with being involved with facility and department meetings. You will deliver these lessons in a positive learning environment, ensuring all pupils are progressing consistently and achieving target grades. This school has a focus on keeping high expectations of students' attainment and behaviour.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess QTS or QTLS and you have experienceteaching History within a Secondary School. The school are happy to consider ECT's. You will possess excellentbehaviour management skills.
