Experienced/NQP Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist Band 5/ Band

Due to a high demand for our services, we are looking to welcome SLTs to our friendly, highly experienced and dynamic team. We are a small independent team of 13 therapists with a wide range of specialisms providing services to schools and families in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

We currently have vacancies in:

• Mainstream school settings in Bristol and the surrounding area
• SEMH settings across Bristol within the Multi-Academy Trust working closely with a team of SLTs who meet regularly for support.
• Supporting children and young people presenting with language, ASD/social communication needs on our families caseload.

We are able to offer a varied weekly timetable/package involving a combination of the above roles.

We will consider applications from therapists with all levels of experience, including NQPs.

Part time/full time/term time only working are available on a salaried or freelance basis.

We are committed to offering a robust mentoring system for therapists qualified within the last five years and to support NQPs through their competencies. We are also committed to providing training to support CPD. We have regular team meetings and provide admin support to our team.

Rates of pay - NQP - 27k. Experienced SLT - up to 40k per annum pro rata.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, adaptable and be able to respond to the varying demands of working in schools and with families. They will have strong organisational skills and be keen to learn in areas they have less experience and skill in.
