Receptionist Front of House
We are working with a City based global technology company who require an experience Front of House person to join the team. This could be a great opportunity for someone who s worked in a front of house position within five star hospitality and looking to move to a corporate organisation or alternatively an experienced receptionist who s keen for a new opportunity.
You would be part of a team of three who manage:
Meet and greet
Booking and managing meeting rooms and associated catering as needed
Video conferencing
Incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Assisting with taxis, restaurant, travel and hotel bookings
Providing ad hoc administrative support to HR, facilities, legal and finance
Security passes and replacements
Providing other administrative support as required.
This will be a busy role where you will work on a rotating shift basis with the earliest start time being 7.30am and latest finish being 7.00pm. To be effective in this position you will need good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as being comfortable with video conferencing equipment. Experience in a reception / front of house position is also vital.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of GBP30 - 35,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. If this role is of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
