Line Leader - Night Shift
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Line Leader for the Night shift.
Shift Pattern: 18:00-06:00, any 4 out of the 7 days, Panama shift.
Pay Rate: GBP12.16 per hour with an overtime rate of GBP15.20.
Duties:
Ensuring that your line operates at full capacity
Ensure all Line resources are being used
Run machinery to specification whilst escalating any issues you can t resolve
Support you team achieve a target
Working to KPI's
Work with internal departments to include QA and Engineering
Experience:
Must have experience within a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
All training provided, no need for prior experience but should know how to manage people. Each line will be looking after 3 - 5 people only plus the machine.
Benefits:
18:00-06:00, any 4 out of the 7 days, Panama shift.
GBP12.16 per hour with an overtime rate of GBP15.20.
