Main Responsibilities and Candidate Requirements;

• Eligible for UK Security Clearance to minimum SC level
• Hands on manager leading a test engineer on projects
• Happy to work at Worthing site but also attend test days at proving ground facilities around the UK
• Delivering efficient hands on Test and Development activities for each programme
• Working on vehicle durability test programmes
• Concern management
• Problem solving
• Experience with FMEA

Desirable Experience

• Automotive development testing experience valued highly
• Rig testing, specifying, planning and execution
• Instrumentation and data logging
• Set up of operational facilities
