A Solicitors firm based in Manchester is on the lookout for their next IT Support Engineer to join their expanding and progressive IT team where you will be providing 1st/2nd line support to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up to external third line MSP. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server, Desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 environment plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line desk side and remote IT support.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Maximise and promote system utilisation by all users, providing relevant training where necessary.
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Assist with and implement IT solutions (hardware and software) to assist in achieving business targets.
The following Skills and experience will be beneficial:
- Windows 10 Administration & Support
- Active Directory Administration, new user setups (User Accounts, O365 Mailboxes)
- Able to install, configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices.
- Experience of Citrix XenApp and Citrix NetScaler
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
