Lettings and Sales Administrator Preston Full Time GBP19,500 - GBP21,500 per annum depending on experience
With a reputation built on expertise, local knowledge, and customer care, our clients company is widely experienced in selling, letting, and managing both residential and commercial property. With offices in Fulwood and in the heart of Preston City Centre, they have gone on to become one of Preston s leading Estate Agents.
The successful candidate will be expected to work every Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 5:30 pm and alternate Saturday's 10:00 am -4:00 pm.

Are you the right person for the job?
If you have the following, then the answer is yes!
Driving License/Car essential - mileage will be paid
Strong organisational skills and have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Must also be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner
Good communication skills are essential
IT literate with MS Office
Awareness of the legal framework the business operates within
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Worked in an office environment for a minimum of 6 months.
Estate Agency administration experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
What will your role as a Lettings and Sales Administrator look like?
Providing support to the Sales & Lettings Team including diary management
Arranging viewings/valuations and assisting clients and visitors in the office and over the telephone.
Identify business opportunities and successfully match available homes to suitable applicants/tenants.
Assisting clients and customers both face to face and on the telephone and also during viewings.
To assist negotiators with viewings and dealing with applicants.
