Aspiring Youth Justice Officer -Mental Health - Milton Keynes - Education and Training - Aspiring Youth Justice Officer -Mental Health - Milton Keynes- Ideal LSA role for Psychology, Criminology and Sociology Graduates.

July 4th onwards and September 2022 , LSA role is for the academic year from September through to July 2023. Education and Training in Milton Keynes.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.15 to 4.00, GBP390 per week PAYE - No umbrella companies, you are paid how every worker should be.

**7-17 aged students, all with EHCPs with Autism, Pervasive behaviour, masking behaviour, OCD, verbal and non-verbal children

**Some anti-social behaviour that will take getting used to, this is all part of the role when aiding society's most vulnerable children. All training and support provided by the school with their excellent training system

**Number of Therapies introduced and holistic processes, a little progress is a cause for success

**Verbal, nonverbal students, focus on social anxiety that runs adjacent with some of the student's autism

**primary and secondary aged students with levels of learning well below their stated age

**Positive engagement, giving the children a sense of acceptance, talking therapy will not always work here so different approaches required

**Academically, many of the students are very capable, it's a case of channelling where the children excel, understanding there will be setbacks across the course of a year

**Giving the students objectives through key and personal skill

**OTs, Speech and Languages deployed in school, combined with the holistic and CBTs
