Part-Time Caretaker/Cleaner

Our client is looking for a Property Caretaker/Cleaner who has experience overseeing the maintenance of a block of flats. Some duties would include collecting rubbish, cleaning entrances and stairways, vacuuming, checking/changing lights. You would also periodically wipe down paintwork and garage doors, sweeping outside areas, clearing leaves and guttering etc. Other duties would include inspect all areas of the property and reporting back on any issues. Hours of work would be Monday to Friday, 9am - 3.30pm with 30 mins for lunch
