Reed are recruiting for a Bureau Manager on behalf of a market leading specialist provider of foreign exchange.

This role is perfect for you if you are customer centric and are passionate about shaping and sharing experiences.

As a Bureau Manager, you will lead by example, managing, motivating and developing a team to achieve the best possible results to deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving performance and improvement along with general management duties & responsibilities
• Monitoring and implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
• Positive people management, which will include rostering, coaching, and supporting your team through regular performance reviews
• Providing support when required with processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
• Being able to adapt to working under pressure due to seasonal periods
• Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues

Salary/Working hours

• GBP22,912 per annum
• Working Hours - Shifts between Monday - Sunday - 32 hours per week
