CRM Support Analyst

Our client, a leading software provider to the healthcare industry have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Support Analyst to join on a Permanent basis.

Role responsibilities:

  • The setup of the NetSuite support desk (utilising Manage Engine for this or NetSuite Case Management)
  • Setting up the document management areas in SharePoint Online
  • Assisting migrating data from existing Legacy ERP products
  • Resolving or escalating user support tickets (NetSuite, Cloud Extend, Solution7 etc.)
  • Manage NetSuite Requests for Changes (RFCs) documentation
  • Manage NetSuite User permissions to be compliant with internal Segregation of Duties rules (SOD)
  • Manage Users (additions/deletions/access permissions)
  • Assist with regression testing new NetSuite releases/modifications
  • Assisting with the creation of reports, dashboards
  • Assisting with data imports/extracts

Skills required:

  • Expertise in the roll out and configuration of ERP or CRM solutions within an organisation
  • Provision of support and mentorship to users
  • Creation/maintenance of Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience of leading CRM or ERP products

Desirable skills:

  • Any Expertise in Netsuite would be highly advantageous
